It is new year celebration for the majority of the Lao people across the world! And during this time the Lao people celebrate at their community temple with the buddhist monks. After the payers and the blessings, everyone dance, eat and throw water at each other to wash away the bad from their bodies. The food is the best at these events!! I've got a papaya dish and chicken wings on skewers! So I had another great papaya salad for dinner! However, I don't know how I gained three pounds in one day! Argh!
